I signed up for 250K this year, and I should make it by the end of the month, but it was a slog in which I was behind most of the year. That was the plan—to be behind until NaNoWriMo—but I hated it. It was stressful for me to be behind, and I felt much happier the year I pledged 200K and wrote about 230K. Sometimes we have to consider our mental health over what pledge level it says on the community page.
