Last year I aimed for 500k and hit 407k, this year I aimed for 500k and will probably hit 450k, next year I'll aim for 500k and... hopefully hit it? The trend is in the right direction. But honestly just the goal itself is motivating. I'm always happy if I break 400k anyway!
