If you previously participated under another username, make sure to tell us that previous username. If you're not sure of the name, make your best guess at the username and we'll check our records to confirm with you.

If you completely do not remember your username, let us know what year(s) and pledge(s) you may have previously participated under. You'd be surprised how successfully we've been able to match records. ;)
