I bumped up to 180 from 120 days this year, and didn't even manage 100 due to health issues and struggles left over from unexpectedly moving cross-country at the end of last year. Even so, I think I'm going to aim for 180 days again next year, because "downgrading" to 120 and "greenhorn" status just feels discouraging.
