Even though I've participated before, I think this will be the first time I'll meet my pledge (even though I'm pretty much writing every day this month in order to do so.) For a second there, I did considered doing the 180D pledge for 2023, but a larger part of me finds that amount hella intimidating. IDK, it's possible that my 'winning' this year's GYWO pledge feels like something of a fluke.
And, in the end, that's okay? I don't mind keeping steady with the same habit pledge level (feeling moderately confident that I'll achieve it next year too) vs. aiming a smidgen higher and failing spectacularly.
* FWIW, this is the first year when I've felt like I'm back into writing mode after a v., v. long writing slump. So, for once, I'm being more skittish abt being ambitious vis a vis next year's writing.
