All the posts are member-locked and membership is restricted to those who are participating in the challenge. You can follow our Twitter or Tumblr without joining, but you'll be missing a key component of what the community experience really is like.
There is no penalty for quitting the challenge or not meeting your goal, so if you are interested, I would recommend pledging for 120 Days or 75,000 Words so you have a low commitment but can still get the full experience of the community. You might even surprise yourself and make it to the end of the year with us!
